Warren presentation will be about lighting for portrait photography, both natural and artificial light. He will explain how to use various light modifiers and why you would use them, also the principles of lighting and show some examples of my work. Warren joined Newcastle Photographic Society in the late 1980’s and later was secretary and president for a number of years. Warren began photographing seriously in 1985 to document a bicycle trip from Melbourne to Rockhampton shooting Kodachrome 64 with a Pentax ME super SLR. He became a full time photography business in 1994 shooting mostly people and is still doing so 24 years later. Warren started Newcastle Photography College in 2008 and have taught over 1000 local photographers in that time. He love every minute of his job and teaching others to aspire to the same in their photography.
